Responsibilities:

Using initiative to create new business - either industrial or commercial (other sectors considered)
Conduct targeted business development
Engage with business clients and candidates on a regular basis
Attend Client meetings
Source suitable candidates for specific vacancies via innovative methods
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Achieve agreed targets and KPIs
